Swimming practice
We offer you fitness and recreational swimming routines to improve your swimming technique, optimize your swimming style according to your somatotype and your functional predispositions. We aim at improving overall physical fitness, including vital lung capacity and maximum consumption of oxygen.
We highly care for developing special endurance and strength in the water environment through use of miscellaneous swimming aids. During trainings, we constantly monitor progress of swimming endurance and thanks to theory and tactical preparation; we aid you in achieving your best.
Trainings: swimming pool Mokrohájska, swimming pool Iuventa, 1hour 2x weekly = 2 hours/week
Monday: swimming pool Central 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.
swimming pool FEI STU 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday: swimming pool Central 7:00 - 8:00
Thursday: swimming pool FEI STU 4:45 - 5:45 p.m.
Friday: swimming pool Mokrohájska 7:00 – 8:00 a.m.
Saturday: swimming pool Iuventa 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., 11:00 - 12:00 a.m.
Sunday: swimming pool Iuventa 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
